Winemaker Update

This update just received from The Undisclosed Location:

” We had a dreamy ferment with the 2010 Syrah. Super slow and steady, lagged in the start allowing us to develop lots of glycerol (contributing glorious mouthfeel). Steady in mid-ferment, so we were able to regain great aromatic elements (cocoa, dried flowers, cassis and clove). We are sitting at the threshold of dryness but some extra skin time will be really beneficial…”
